In a few words, describe the Transformation team
The team is engaged in the bankwide front to back transformation (digital, CRM, data, Core Banking). The team operates transversally across all business lines and is composed of the following roles: Program/Product Owner (PO), UX / UI Designers, Change Management, Data Science and Data Governance. The PO is a key member of a feature team and leads the product vision in strategic initiatives such as digital experiences, CRM, payments, investing and data science and analytics.
The Program and Product owner represents the business and user community in the development process and maximizes the value of the product delivered to internal and external clients. The UX/UI team supports all teams with designing user centric interfaces and plays a key role in delivering the right customer and employee experience. The user adoption is critical and important to deliver the expected benefits of our initiatives.
The Data team, another key transversal component of the business transformation, is leading innovation in data management and centricity and helps the Bank to increase its maturity.
Our team has “merged” with the Digital IT Team, and we are co-leading the Transformation Plan of the Bank. We are a 200+ people strong team, with a diversity of skills and experience mixing strong internal banking expertise and external specialist skills.
