Your next challenge:
- Provide strategic and expert legal advice and transactional support on capital markets activities including:
- Debt issuances and EMTN programmes
- Structured products and structured notes
- Securitisation
- Derivatives (including interest rate, FX and credit derivatives)
- Treasury products, liquidity management instruments - Draft, review and negotiate master agreements and collateral documentation (e.g. ISDA, CSA, GMRA)
- Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation, offering memoranda, prospectuses, term sheets and related agreements
- Advise BIL Group on EU and Luxembourg regulatory frameworks, including Prospectus Regulation, MiFID /MiFIR, PRIIPS, BRRD and EMIR
- Support Front Office teams on new product initiatives and act as second line of defense, when required
- Liaise with external counsel, regulators and counterparties
- Identify legal, regulatory and counterparty risks and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting capital markets, treasury, FX and derivatives activities
- Contribute to internal policies, procedures and legal opinions
- Participate in external working groups (ABBL, etc.)
- Provide proactive support to the Head of Legal Department and team members on various matters
