  • Support and execution of
    annual Reward cycles
  • Contribution to
    Performance management cycle
  • Management of
    benchmarking activities and salary surveys
  • Update of salary ranges
    and pay structures
  • Involvement in Pay
    Transparency Directive application and Gender Pay Gap analysis
  • Perform job gradings and
    participate to the overall HR Architecture
  • Support the maintenance
    of policies, framework and ensure compliance with all regulatory
    requirements including reportings
  • Support data-driven
    decision making through analysis
  • Provide support and
    expertise to internal stakeholders on C&B topics
  • Collaborate with HR and
    Business Leaders to understand business and people strategies, designing
    innovative solutions that support organizational objectives and employee
    engagement
