The Group
Investment Office (GIO) within the Wealth Management division is responsible
for helping define BIL Group’s investment strategy and ensuring its effective
communication and implementation.
The Investment
Strategy Communication and Research Officer plays a central role in
translating macroeconomic insights and investment views into clear, compelling,
and actionable communication for both internal and external stakeholders. Falling
under the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), the role combines economic analysis,
content creation, and strategic communication.
The
position also serves as a key point of contact for economic and
investment-related topics, representing GIO across the organisation and,
where appropriate, externally.
Your next challenge:
Macroeconomic
analysis and insights
- Monitor and analyse ongoing macroeconomic developments across major global economies
- Provide regular updates and forward-looking insights to support investment decision-making
- Contribute to the development of GIO’s house view on economic trends and risks
Content
creation and thought leadership
- Produce high-quality written content on financial markets, macroeconomic themes, and investment strategy
- Draft reports, articles, commentaries, and thematic pieces tailored to different audiences
- Contribute to media, digital platforms, and publications to enhance BIL’s market visibility
- Equip relationship managers with effective materials to support client engagement and product discussions

- Contribute research
- Translate investment decisions into clear communication for stakeholders
Stakeholder
communication
- Consolidate views across asset classes to ensure consistent, coherent, and impactful messaging
- Standardise content formats and presentations across the Investment Management function
- Communicate investment strategy updates and portfolio implications effectively
- Manage and develop the BIL Investment Insights Blog, ensuring relevant and engaging content
- Develop tailored communication materials for:
- Internal stakeholders (relationship managers, portfolio managers, investment advisors)
- External clients and prospects
- Marketing and media platforms
