Internship — Data & Reporting Support (Credit Risk / GIP – Workout Team)(M/F)

Mission
You will support the Head of Gestion Intensive & Préventive (GIP / Workout) and the team on data consolidation, reporting, and materials used to steer the NPL / watchlist portfolio and key initiatives (notably Workout portfolio follow-up and task-force execution).

The role is data-oriented but sits in a credit risk environment, so financial curiosity and rigor matter are both welcome.

Make portfolio monitoring more reliable and faster by (i) producing recurring reporting packs, (ii) automating manual Excel work through macros, and (iii) improving visualizations and committee-ready presentations.

Main duties:
1) Portfolio data consolidation & quality
• Extract, consolidate, and clean portfolio datasets (exports, trackers, inputs from team members).
• Maintain data quality controls (completeness checks, exceptions, reconciliations, versioning).
• Document sources and logic to ensure traceability.

2) Reporting & dashboards (Excel)
• Produce recurring reporting (weekly/monthly) used for portfolio steering:
• pipeline of actions / next steps / deadlines,
• prioritization views (workload, bottlenecks, key risk flags),
• progress monitoring for task-force initiatives (e.g., annual reviews catch-up).
• Build clear charts and trend views that highlight what matters for decisions.

3) Automation (macros / VBA)
• Create or improve macro-enabled workbooks to reduce manual processing:
• automated imports / refresh routines,
• standardized templates,
• exception reports and controls.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing tools.

4) PowerPoint governance packs
• Prepare committee-ready slides (clear storyline, key messages, charts, action plan tracking).
• Ensure consistency of templates and visual quality across recurring packs.

5) Ad hoc analytical support
• Quick analyses for portfolio deep-dives (segments, top exposures, early-warning indicators, action effectiveness).
• Support preparation for internal governance discussions when needed.
