Your next challenge:
- Identify, evaluate, plan and support the execution of
BIL’s strategic initiatives as a part of the bank’s strategic plan - Facilitate sessions/workshops to structure strategic
initiatives with key business stakeholders across all levels of the
organization - Research markets, competitors, and macro events to
identify potential trends and develop robust and concise analyses and
recommendations - Create reports, presentations and updates for the Board
and Executive Management
Perform other ad hoc projects as required
