The Senior Credit Support Specialist is responsible for assessing and evaluating the feasibility of credit request and providing structuring solutions within acceptable credit / risk parameters, while developing the Bank’s lending portfolio in line with the Bank’s strategy and risk appetite.
Analyse complex credit requests in full autonomy and develop and implement solutions within acceptable credit / risk parameters. Be the point of contact for these activities.
Ensure credit structuring / granting is aligned with Bank’s Risk appetite, limits, Policy, and Procedures.
Provide the credit rating for requests.
Within the Delegation Authority Framework, decide on complex credit files.
Responsible for business development and revenues growth remaining within Bank’s Risk Appetite.
Play a key role in credit approval process and ensure the implementation of credit files in line with the decision.
Check the data quality of the credit request (in the systems and in the credit sheet).
Proactively propose solutions to improve processes and data collection.
Follow up of the regularization of the Margin Call and excess of max limit for Lombard Loan.
Train and guide on the various processes and projects within the team; be able to convince and influence others.
Ensure that all client-facing activities are efficiently executed and compliant with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
