Responsibilities
- Respond
to communications from Swiss authorities and requests for information from
third parties. - Organise,
coordinate, edit, and review presentations and associated materials for
the Board of Directors and shareholder meetings. - Management
of Commercial Register entries for relevant staff members across all
branches. - Assist
with submissions to FINMA and conduct other tasks for the Corporate
Secretary function. - Manage
policies and contracts for the bank. - Handle
inheritance cases. - Address
client complaints. - Provide
daily legal support for various projects, ensuring legal considerations are
integrated into business responses and strategies. - Respond
to ad hoc requests from Front Office and other support functions,
providing legal support as required. - Assist
with Lombard credit requests and draft associated loan documentation. - Maintain
legal templates and information documents on the bank's intranet to
support the Front Office.
