Your next challenge:
- You guide
bankers and clients on personal taxation, relocation, residential real
estate investment, succession planning and wealth structuring (private
investment companies, trusts, foundations, private funds, life insurance
contracts) and other legal matters and colleagues - You have
in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg and/or Belgian civil and
tax law (particularly in matters of direct tax (revenues/capital gains),
indirect tax (registration/inheritance tax) and cross border issues) - You
perform the job in a complex environment where you will be required to analyze,
summarize and interpret several options to propose pragmatic solutions
whilst taking into account the rules of compliance and statutory
provisions (public policy rules, anti-fraud and anti-money laundering
legislation, etc.) - You
participate in working groups or in committees as an expert, both for
Wealth Management and for the bank - You assess and monitor changes in
legal and tax news in wealth management matters and keep both clients and
bankers informed of opportunities and risks in these domains (internal
communications, client’s publications, presentations, workshops) - You draw
up technical records, templates, brochures and reference documents and you
keep them up to date - You give
presentations and deliver training for your colleagues - You take
the initiative to share best practice, knowledge and experience with the
other wealth planners of the team by playing an active role at team
meetings and actively contribute to global team projects - You develop and
maintain a network of trusted third-party advisors, notaries, fiduciaries
