(Senior) Credit Support Specialist (M/F)

The Senior Credit Support Specialist is responsible for
assessing and evaluating the feasibility of credit request and providing
structuring solutions within acceptable credit / risk parameters, while
developing the Bank’s lending portfolio in line with the Bank’s strategy and
risk appetite.

Your next challenge:

  • Analyse complex credit requests in full autonomy and develop and implement solutions within acceptable credit / risk parameters. Be the point of contact for these activities.
  • Ensure credit structuring / granting is aligned with Bank’s Risk appetite, limits, Policy, and Procedures.
  • Provide the credit rating for requests.
  • Within the Delegation Authority Framework, decide on complex credit files.
  • Responsible for business development and revenues growth remaining within Bank’s Risk Appetite.
  • Play a key role in credit approval process and ensure the implementation of credit files in line with the decision.
  • Check the data quality of the credit request (in the systems and in the credit sheet).
  • Proactively propose solutions to improve processes and data collection.
  • Follow up of the regularization of the Margin Call and excess of max limit for Lombard Loan.
  • Train and guide on the various processes and projects within the team; be able to convince and influence others.
  • Ensure that all client-facing activities are efficiently executed and compliant with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
