Your next challenge:
- Analysing loan applications
for commercial customers in terms of credit risk, and conducting an annual
follow-up of counterparties and projects in the various segments. - Identifying the risks
inherent to debtors and transactions, and expressing your opinion on which
approach to adopt to facilitate the task of the decision-making bodies
concerned. - Analysing balance sheets
and current and future cash-flows as well as assessing counterparties’
ratings. - Carrying out valuations of
assets used as collateral (mortgages on buildings in the Greater Region or
abroad). - Providing support to the Front
Office (assistance with the structuring of loans, credit risk advice,
determining the level of collateral). - Ensuring strict compliance
with credit risk procedures and guidelines.
