Your next challenge:
- Assist in deal origination and manage client relationships, supporting the execution of transactions in M&A and capital structure advisory (equity and debt advisory).
- Assist in the structuration and execution of tailored financing solutions, such as acquisition financing and asset-backed financing, depending on clients' needs.
- Develop detailed financial models, sensitivity scenarios, perform valuations, and conduct comprehensive financial and strategic analyses.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch materials, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the due diligence process, coordinating with various internal teams and external advisors.
- Support senior bankers in client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships.
- Mentor and supervise junior analysts and interns, fostering their professional development and guiding their project work.
- Contribute to presentations to and in collaboration with our internal partners particularly in Credit and complete periodical customer reviews, amendment requests and review legal documentation.
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust with clients, internal stakeholders (particularly risk and credit) and key market participants.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting global financial markets.
