What is the Sales Challenge?
Each year, BIL Private Banking recognizes the performance excellence by inviting many of the top performers across various markets to an engaging and interactive experience in an special venue.
This internal competition recognizes the 25 best performers in BIL Private Banking from both Front Office and Support Functions. These outstanding individuals were selected based on their commercial and qualitative contributions for the past year, and support functions, such as Credit, WAP, Legal, Sales Management, have not been forgotten.
Now in its third annual edition, Sales Challenge continues to be a one of the many ways of showing appreciation for performance excellence and encouraging the positive spirit to spread to the rest of the Wealth Management, across Luxembourg and other international subsidiaries. Endearing friendships and synergies developed among our participants is also one of the key hallmarks of this programme.
Every year, the top performers are gathered to brainstorm and contribute their ideas on a special topic. This year, the chosen theme is Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and the focus is how "green finance” affects the bank and its customers.
It is not just about work and no play for the participants as there are plenty of opportunities to engage in teambuilding activities, combined with tours, to experience the chosen venue, which was Rome this year.
The climax of the programme is the gala dinner where our top performers are presented with trophies by our Management team members.
