We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Team Head and Senior Relationship Manager to lead our Professional Intermediaries team in Geneva. In this role, you will oversee the management and growth of client relationships within the segment of External Asset Managers and Multi-Family Offices in Switzerland and select international markets. Your responsibilities will include strategically developing existing client accounts, acquiring new client relationships, and ensuring top-notch service delivery to our Private Banking clients and professional partners.
Your next challenge:
- Manage and develop client relationships within the External Asset Managers (EAM) and Multi Family Offices (MFO) segment, with a specific focus on the Swiss Market, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively
- Overseeing and managing the performance and development of the Professional Intermediaries Team in Geneva
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Conducting regular team meetings, setting goals, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the front-line team, including managing workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with specified risk parameters in the Professional Intermediaries area.
- Provide advisory services on a wide range of products and services offered in the Professional Intermediaries area, including securities trading, mortgage and Lombard loans
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall client experience
