We
are currently looking for an experienced Talent & Leadership Development Manager to
join our People Development department in Human Resources. In this role, you
will be in charge to develop, design and set up assessment & development
solutions for our Talent and Leadership professionals, as well as support the competences
development in the Bank.
- Drive best practice in assessment & development needs analysis, design, development, and delivery
- Facilitate the design and implementation of dedicated development plans for Talent and Leadership professionals
- Manage the relationship with external consultancies
- Innovate in the use of assessment & development learning technologies and formats
- Monitor development activities, and improve the competency assessment & development framework in the Bank
