Your next challenge:
As a member of the IT Team, you will understand and analyze the requirements and process from the business users from Risk, Finance & Compliance Teams. You will translate these requirements in functional and technical specifications detailing the designs, configurations, installations or updates needed. You will work in agile organization with the framework SAFe.
Key accountabilities
- Collect and understand the business requirements and translate those into functional requirements
- Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze interdependencies of functional and non-functional Requirements
- Create source/target mappings
- Create functional solution designs and gather the estimation costs
- Create and support conceptual and logical data models
- Collaborating with architects, developers, testers, business analysts and product owners to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, such as PI, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Understand the Enterprise Architecture methodology / concept
- Ensure technical team have everything in their hands to succeed
- Define acceptance criteria together with the business stakeholders
- Support stakeholders during their testing phase and analyze the reported issues and identify bugs, issues and change requests
- Support and advise stakeholders in their data governance and management
- Collaborate with stakeholders on business and technical side
