- Participate in development of the Swift activity
- Support client requests
- Promote the service
- Coordinate with Marketing department
- Follow-up of the marketing campaign impact
- Contribute to the development of the activity
- Ensure and contribute to the collection and control of supporting documents for audit purposes, creation of documents for audit activities
- Assist the team in their daily monitoring and coordination tasks, and also by carrying ongoing studies related to a specific projects
- Support existing clients in their use of Swift Services
