The « Young Sales Program » is an innovative initiative for young professionals with a first experience in the world of finance and who wish to give a commercial orientation to their career.
This program will offer you the opportunity to pursue a career in the world of Corporate & Institutional Banking, Wealth Management Luxembourg or Wealth Management International within an international bank while having a solid training path.
This « Young Sales Program » is a 12-month structured pathway as from October, 1st which will be followed by a permanent position as Account Manager or Associate Relationship Manager within one of the three business lines (Corporate & Institutional Banking, Wealth Management Luxembourg, Wealth Management International).

What can you expect?
- 8 months within a specific business line (Corporate & Institutional Banking or Wealth Management Luxembourg or Wealth Management International)
- 4 months of training in the areas of Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Markets, Finance and KYC
