Wealth Management – Events & Partnerships Coordinator (m/f)

Reporting to the Head
of Commercial Performance and Business Management Team, you will have the
opportunity to be involved in our different activities and to work on diverse

  • Coordination of events, marketing and communication action plans
    In collaboration with
    Event, Marketing and Communication departments, you will be responsible for:
  • Draw up the Wealth Management event plan and coordinate Wealth Management events/publications
  • Develop and produce sales brochures and pitchbooks
  • Communicate the Wealth Management action plans internally
  • Monitor the performance of these plans in collaboration with the various dedicated players and use the lessons learned to improve the efficiency and profitability of the event, marketing and communication plans.
  • Coordination of Wealth Management strategic partnerships
  • Closely assist the
    Chairman of the Intermediaries Committee to:
  • Support the Relationship Managers and their respective Line Managers concerning the intermediaries’ processes, required documentation, agreements to be completed and the general rules
  • Ensure the Committee preparation:agenda, collection of all required documentation in a timely manner, prioritization of files, etc.
  • Duly document the Committee decisions and ensure a diligent follow-up
    With the support of key representatives, organize the annual review of the Intermediaries from a Legal, Compliance and Business perspective
  • Provide process & operational improvements ideas and support the related implementation
  • Involve in Intermediaries Committee projects related to new onboarding rules to be implemented due to internal or external (i.e. regulatory) requirements
