BIL needs to reshape its existing operating
model, with the objective to design and deploy a ‘fit for purpose’ Target
Operating Model (TOM) that will enable BIL to sustain its financial trajectory
over the next 2 years and beyond, while continuing to effectively address the
banking needs of its three core customer segments (Retail, Wealth, Corporate).
Your next challenge:
- Managing & leading the successful delivery of multiple TOM related projects and initiatives within time, budget, scope and quality, ensuring that the expected business value has been generated;
- Ensuring the transition from Current Operating Model to the Target Operating Model, while considering the change, communication, behavior, and risks this entails
- Managing and facilitating workshops on various topics with C-level and N-1.
- Providing clear and audience-aware communications and progress reporting for various Governance bodies and other stakeholders within the bank for informed decisions and governance;
- Proactively managing and mitigating dependencies, issues and risks for own TOM related projects and initiatives as well as the Program as a whole;
- Acting as subject matter expert on the future TOM, helping to identify, scope, estimate and plan TOM related projects and initiatives. This may include taking the lead and/or carrying out studies and analysis;
- Acting as ambassador of the future TOM, helping to safeguard its integrity and championing it across the organization.
- Build support, commitment and respect from others by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and expertise;
- Stimulate collaboration between people across all areas of the bank;
- Make a positive impact by executing on commitments to consistently deliver exemplary results;
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills partnering with internal stakeholders;
- Embody BILs core values (Collaborate, Create and Care) and inspire others to as well.
