Your next challenge:
- Conduct comprehensive user research using qualitative and quantitative methods such as interviews, observations, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand user behaviors and needs.
- Work closely with, Product Owners and Marketing Teams to translate insights into actionable design strategies, informing the creation of user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Play a pivotal role in bank initiatives aimed at delivering a consistent and intuitive user experience, contributing to the development and maintenance of a design system.
- Partner with development teams to ensure that user experience recommendations align with technical capabilities and project budgets.
You will:
- Be in charge of the execution of user research studies, including planning, recruiting participants, data collection, and analysis.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4 to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths.
- Facilitate ideation workshops and design thinking sessions to generate innovative solutions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide design decisions
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of user interfaces and design systems based on research findings.
- Evaluate design solutions through usability testing and heuristic evaluations to ensure user satisfaction.
