We are currently looking for an experienced Training specialist / Training manager to join our People, Culture and Communication business line. In this role, you will be in charge to develop, set up and upgrade learning solutions. You will have a focus on functional, regulatory and technical training. You will join a team of training professionals to build the BIL Academy of the future. You will partner with internal clients and HR Business Partners to define skills development needs.
- Drive best practice in learning needs analysis, design, development, and delivery
- Facilitate the development and implementation of a dedicated training plan for each business line: from the identification of needs to the follow-up of training actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations in terms of training
- Improve the design and delivery of the onboarding program for all new starters
- Manage the relationship with external training vendors
- Manage the training budget and comply with internal procurement procedures
- Ensure training content curation on our on-demand platform (thematic topics, playlists, etc.)
- Innovate in the use of learning technologies and training formats
- Monitor training activities, define relevant KPIs and improve the learner’s experience and training satisfaction.
