The Senior Business Analyst Salesforce helps the Salesforce teams in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, understanding the business needs, documentation of Features, Stories and acceptance criteria, making sure the communication between ART stakeholders is smooth. He or she ensures the deliverables of the team are in line with the Product Owner’s objectives.
You will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to un-derstand business goals and objectives.
- Define, analyze, and document user requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable Features and Stories for Fusion teams.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment with busi-ness objectives.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as PI, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and release plans.
- Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed changes or en-hancements.
- Perform business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives.
- Ensure the necessary quality of the deliverables by performing Functional and Ac-ceptance testing.
- Ensure continuous product quality by providing input to the test automation team.
- Train and guide others on the various processes and projects within the team; be able to convince and influence others.
- Innovate and tailor our products and services to meet the evolving demands and preferences of our clients, in line with the Bank's strategy and target service level.
- Implement and develop a risk scoring system for all products and services, en-hancing the first line of defense.
