Your next challenge:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to understand business goals and objectives.
- Define, analyze, and document user requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable Features and Stories for Fusion teams.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as PI, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and release plans.
- Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed changes or enhancements.
- Perform business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives.
- Ensure the necessary quality of the deliverables by performing Functional and Acceptance testing.
- Ensure continuous product quality by providing input to the test automation team.
- Train and guide others on the various processes and projects within the team; be able to convince and influence others.
- Innovate and tailor our products and services to meet the evolving demands and preferences of our clients, in line with the Bank's strategy and target service level.
- Implement and develop a risk scoring system for all products and services, enhancing the first line of defense.
