- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationship
with clients, demonstrating empathy and open mindedness to understand their
unique needs. Actively engage with clients to provide updates on products,
services, and market developments. - Support Client Needs : Identify and address client needs and
concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy and a commitment providing solutions
that enhance client satisfaction. - Support Relationship Managers : Assist Relationship Managers
in preparing clients presentations and reports. Collaborate with other departments
to ensure a seamless client experience - Follow up and Reliability : Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and requests, demonstrating reliability and commitment to service excellence.
Track
client feedback and facilitate resolutions to enhance client satisfaction. - Facilitate
Onboarding and Integration : Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new
clients collaborating with the Lifecycle and Onboarding KYC team by managing
documentation and compliance requirements effectively, making the process
accessible and straightforward. - Assist
Business Development : Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify
opportunities for growth within existing clients accounts and assist in
acquiring new clients. - Show initiative to handle the most complex issues related to
the day-to day activity within the Team. - Lead by Example : Demonstrate a proactive approach in all
tasks, insipiring colleagues through dedication and personal commitment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to collective goals. Collaborate
with the Management Team and give feedback to improve our efficiency. - Promote Team Collaboration : Work effectively within the WM
Associates team, sharing kowledge, past experiences, and resources to achieve
collective goals and improve overall clients services. - Provide high-standards administrative, operational and
commercial in collaboration with the Relationship Manager in our relationship
with our clients. Direct contact with the client most occur every day (by
email, phone and even face to face). The Associate is the key interlocutor of
the client for his/her account management. - Ensure the practical application of all the procedures, KYC surveillance
permanent documentation of client activity and of the overall interaction with
the client and monitoring of important transactions. - Day-to-day management and control of all the client’s
queries, in collaboration with Relationship Managers (accounts opening,
placements and investments, client visits, transfers, etc.). Collaborate with
our internal supporting departments to dispatch the clients queries depending
on the defined roles and responsibilities to better serve our clients. - Proactively identify client needs and share the information
with Relationship Managers. Contribute to the business expansion. Occasionnaly
participate to clients’ events, prospecting events in collaboration with
Business Developers, Relationship Managers, WM colleagues. - Prepare the offers and proposals in collaboration with Relationship
Managers and regularly attend to those proposals pitchs. - Identify
possible process quick wins and work proactively with the Management Team to
improve the processes of the daily activities. - Contribute
to overall onboarding of new joiners within the team. - Be
potentially interested in growing into a Relationship Manager position in the
coming years.
