Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Understand clients' financial goals and objectives, providing personalized financial solutions
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance
Client Portfolio Management:
- Analyze clients' financial positions and risk profiles to construct suitable investment portfolios
- Collaborate with our internal investment experts to offer clients diversified and tailored investment solutions
- Monitor and rebalance client portfolios as per market conditions and changing client needs.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure all client interactions and financial transactions adhere to local laws, regulations, and internal bank policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, including Know Your Customer (KYC) information.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth client interactions and portfolio management
- Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and investment proposals
