Your next challenge:

The process analyst role includes  the definition of target customer experiences and related journeys and the documentation and maintenance of business processes.

  •  Conduct impact analyses on new project ideas, analyze existing processes, define target processes, and work to test/implement and improve processes.
  •  In concerted collaboration with the key bank decision-makers, you will analyze failures and identify areas for improvement in processes to simplify the experience for clients and employees. In collaboration with technical and business expert teams, initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to improve processes.
  • Ensure the integrity and the quality of the Processes and Rules referential, in accordance with the 2nd and 3rd Line of Defense representatives and regulator expectations
