Your responsibilities:
- Operations support
- In charge of accompanying transactional teams in the daily operations in T24
- Identify potential improvements in business processes in T24 such as automations or organizational changes
- Drive the analysis of business ideas by challenging them in light of their strategic alignment and business case
- Business analysis and requirements gathering for identified improvements in T24. Drafting of Business Requirements Documents
- Provide direction and support to Operations Teams; provide guidance, training and direction to achieve improvements goals
- User Acceptance Testing support
- Assistance of business testers: test cases management and defect resolution follow-up
- Responsible for reporting overall testing progress to management
- Define, coordinate and ensure implementation of the required communication and change management plan to ensure that the project’s deliverables are smoothly integrated in the existing environment
