What will you do?

will be responsible for:

  • Facilitate the advancement of our people and culture agenda, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the organization’s overarching strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic people planning initiatives to support business objectives and enhance organizational competencies.
  • Serve as a product owner for multiple HR functions, including reward management, HR reporting and controlling, HRIS, and people processes such as performance management, talent, and succession planning.
  •  Serve as the first point of contact for staff and contribute to the employee lifecycle from A to Z for all three locations in Switzerland.
  •  Prepare content for internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, internal social networks)
  •  Manage payroll and optimize payroll and social security processes in collaboration with an external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely payments while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  •  Communicate with external stakeholders, such as insurances, pension funds, authorities, and handle permits, family allowances, tax at source, accidents, and sicknesses.
  •  Administer the internal time and absence registration system and maintain personal dossiers electronically.
  •  Recruit specialists to meet the organization's needs.
  •  Maintain the existing HR KPIs and dashboards, continuously monitor, and analyse HR data and metrics, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  •  Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization
