Culture and Communication team, we are on the lookout for an HR Generalist with
a can-do attitude who’s eager to learn and jump into a variety of tasks.
Whether it’s handling HR admin, coordinating recruiting efforts, or supporting
internal events like trainings or welcome days, you’ll be a key player in
making our workplace awesome.
What You’ll Be
Doing:
You’ll get to wear a
few different hats, so if you like variety, this one’s for you! Here’s what
your day-to-day will look like:
HR Admin:
- Keep things running smoothly by handling
employee records, contracts, and updating HR systems. - Help with payroll by collecting and
organizing important info like absences and vacation days. - Make sure everything we do complies with
labour laws and company policies.
Recruitment &
Coordination:
- Be the go-to person for recruitment—post
jobs, review resumes, and help schedule interviews. - Communicate with candidates and support
hiring managers throughout the process. - Make sure the onboarding experience for
new hires is seamless and welcoming. - Coordinate with recruitment agencies when
we need extra help.
Internal &
external Communication:
- Writing and editing content for press
releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media platforms. - Assisting in the creation of internal news,
updating the HR intranet site, and preparing communication for announcements
or events. - Organize and coordinate smaller events
like trainings, welcome days, and team activities.
