Head of Northern Europe – European Business Owners & Family Offices (M/F)

Your next challenge:  

  • Collaborate with your peers to define the global strategy of the European Business Owners & Family Offices Team by, among others, developing a value proposition for the clients and a go-to-market strategy
  • Head regular meetings with your team members where you will give feedback about past performances, share ideas and give clear guidelines
  • Be able to motivate your commercial team and build trustworthy relationships with them
  • Ensure that the global strategy of the bank is implemented
  • Actively participate to meetings with your peers and your Management  
  • Be responsible for the draft of the commercial dashboards and of the monthly review of the performance of your team
  • Work in close collaboration with internal support teams to ensure a good cooperation between business lines
  • Ensure the retention and the development of the portfolio of the clients of the Relationship Managers by, among others, taking part to client events
