The Financial Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial reporting within the Bank. He or she supports internal and external reporting needs, collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements, journal entries, and variance analyses.
- Compile and analyze financial data to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Prepare reports required by regulators.
- Perform variance analysis and explain complex deviations from forecasts or budgets.
- Assist in ensuring financial reporting processes align with internal control frameworks.
- Help assess the financial impact of new products, services, or regulatory changes.
- Ensure consistent financial reporting and a correct piloting of commercial activities to allow commercial teams to take the right commercial actions to serve our clients.
- Perform regular risk assessment within financial control and accounting, ensuring compliance with first and second lines of defense principles.
