Digital Business Analyst – Invest, based in Zurich

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Business Analyst supports the team in providing business support, analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and understanding the business needs in the area of products and services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to understand business goals and objectives.
  •  Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into clear and actionable product functionalities.
  • Collaborating with service providers and testers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Supporting the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Conducting impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed changes or enhancements.
  • Performing business process analysis and recommending process improvements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the necessary quality of the deliverables by performing functional and acceptance testing.
  • Defining, planning, and executing change management activities to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption to change in collaboration with other teams (communication, trainings, etc.).
  • Providing comprehensive business support services as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly as part of the Service Improvement Team.
  • Monitoring service performance metrics, analysing trends, and recommending adjustments to improve service delivery effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
