Client Relationship Manager (M/F)

Your next challenge:

  •  Set-up and ongoing monitoring of investment funds spanning across various asset classes (traditional and alternative);
  •  Facilitate the transition from prospect status to client status by coordinating the on-boarding work to achieve the best possible client experience;
  •  Build and maintain internal relationships in our various departments, also on BIL-group level;
  •  Review and coordination of agreements and service proposals with legal advisors and other 3rd party service providers;
  • Coordination with funds’ board of directors to respect appropriate governance and attend quarterly board meetings
  •  Day-to-day management of funds/products
  •  Coordination of (semi) annual audit to ensure a smooth and timely finalization;
  •  Maintain and update all policies and procedures linked to the day-to-day management as well as the operating memorandums with the 3rd party service providers;
  •  Maintain and update internal databases and archives;
  • Keep
    up-to-date with new regulatory changes and assess the impact for BMI and the
    funds managed by BMI.
