Your next challenge:
As a Client Data Officer you will work in the Client Data Management Team (CDM) in Zurich and report to the Head of CDM. You will liaise with your team and internal stakeholders in CH and ensure that a good quality service is delivered and that it allows the bank to adhere to internal and external rules and regulations
- Perform account openings in the core banking system Avaloq, client account modifications and update client related data and documents in a variety of systems
- Review client onboarding documents and ensure proper completion under consideration of both internal and external regulations (CDB / QI / FATCA / CRS)
- Maintain client static data in Avaloq and ensure client data is correct in banking system
- Provide assistance to Front Office for client related legal documents
- Scan and archive client documents
- Support ad-hoc projects
- Ensure data quality is maintained across systems
