Business Management & Marketing Coordinator – based in Zurich -100% Contract (M/F)

As part of our transformation strategy to reach our international growth objectives, we are seeking an entrepreneurial-driven colleague to work within the Business Management department focused on providing holistic support to various stakeholders across multiple projects and tasks.
Given the high number of initiatives planned, we are looking for someone to fill a 1-year contract (with the possibility to extend).

In this role, you will be supporting the Business Management team in executing our marketing efforts, including maintaining the Bank’s social media activities and coordinating events as well as play a key role in the implementation of new projects for the Bank in relation to the transformation strategy.

  • Marketing support: Creating and coordinating marketing material, maintaining social media presence, pitch material, web presence and planning and execution of client events as well as collaborating with relevant marketing colleagues in BIL Group as well as external providers.
  • Project coordination: Supporting and coordination on various initiatives and projects to ensure smooth execution and implementation, including project management and support of various initiative streams, supporting the planning, implementation and management of key project and progress tracking, monitoring and reporting.
  • Front office support and problem solving: support the frontline in quickly and effectively resolving issues and challenges and define longer term improvements to make RMs more effective and allow them to focus more on commercial activities.
  • Willingness to support other areas of the bank as required.
