Your next challenge:
- Be a dedicated touch point for client on administrative / account management and operational activities.
- Support the Relationship Managers (RMs) in administrative tasks and operational fulfillments. Key activities include execution monitoring (orders, credit limits, etc), KYC surveillance (missing documents, account opening), and RMs support (meeting preparation / follow-up).
Deliverables and Key Activities :
- Provide high-level administrative, operational and commercial assistance to the RMs in client management.
- Ensure the practical application of all the procedures, KYC surveillance permanent documentation of client activity and of the overall interaction with the client and monitoring of important transactions.
- Support to day-to-day management and control of all the client queries, in collaboration with the RMs (accounts opening, placements and investments, client visits, transfers, etc.).
- Support to the preparation of the offers and proposals in collaboration with the RMs.
